| "Choice
of weapons?" |
| At Dunham's we welcome archery hunters. Traditionally 20-30% of our hunters are archery hunters. Crossbows are also allowed. Our guns laws in Canada do NOT allow hand gun hunting. What caliber to bring is a big question for our elk hunters. We recommend a .300 Win Mag or better. The size of these animals averages 1000lbs, with some bulls going up to 1200-1300lbs. |
| |
| "How
long is the hunt?" |
| Our elk hunts are 4 days long. |

| "Meat
and Trophy care?" |
| We have an excellent facility available to us for care of your trophy and meat. We encourage our guests to take as much of their meat home as possible and the meat processor we use has an excellent system for shipping the meat once it has been cured. Capes and antlers are generally cared for by close friends and business partners of Rob`s. |
